Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing counsel for the State-respondents.
The petition has been filed seeking the following relief-
"a) issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the respondent no.2 to decide the restoration application No.T20181436041101 filed in Case No.161/181 (Report Lekhpal Vs. Sundari Prasad) under Section 122B of U.P.Z. A. Act within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court."
It appears that against an order of his eviction from a pond in proceedings under Section 122-B of the U.P. Zamindari Abolition and Land Reforms Act, the petitioner has filed a restoration application, which is pending consideration fromprior to 15.12.2018.
Under the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.2 to decide this restoration application positively within a period of three weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is filed before him because it is stated that the record of the proceedings before the Tehsildar has been received in his Court.
It is provided that no unnecessary adjournment shall be granted at any of the parties on any ground at all whatsoever.
