This petition under section 482 Cr.P.C. is filed by the petitioners for quashing of the impugned order dated 08-08-2018 passed by the Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 1st, Bareilly in Case Crl. No. 166 of 2011, in S.T. No. 1267 of 2011(State Versus Om Prakash and Others) pending in the court of Additional Sessions Judge/Fast Track Court No. 1st, Bareilly.
After arguing at some length, learned counsel for the petitioners prays to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a discharge application before the court below.
In view thereof, the present petition is consigned to record with the aforesaid liberty.
