Heard learned counsel for the applicants; Shri Sayyed Kashif Abbas Rizvi, learned counsel for the informant and learned A.G.A. for the State.
The instant anticipatory bail application has been filed with a prayer to grant anticipatory bail to the applicants, Om Prakash, Smt. Veer Naya,Vintesh, Smt. Lovely, Smt. Babli and Smt. Lakshmi, in Case Crime No. 1038 of 2020, under Sections- 498- A,323,504,506,377,313, I.P.C., and section 3/4 of Dowry Prohibition Act Police Station- Katghar, District- Moradabad.
Despite time granted no counter affidavit has been filed.
Applicants have been implicated on account of matrimonial dispute.
The applicants have already been enlarged on interim anticipatory bail by this Court by order dated 12.02.2021.
The order is confirmed.
Applicants will remain on anticipatory bail till cognizance is taken by the court on the police report u/s 173 (2) Cr.P.C. on same terms and conditions as mentioned in the order dated 12.02.2021.
The anticipatory bail application is allowed to the aforementioned extent.
