Heard learned counsel for the applicants, learned AGA for the State and perused the record.
Applicants- Om Prakash and Sunil seeks anticipatory bail in Case Crime No. 193 of 2021, under Sections 419, 420, 504, 506 IPC and 3/4 of D.P. Act, P.S. Nichlaul, District- Maharajganj.
After some arguments, learned counsel for the applicants states that he does not want to press this anticipatory bail application and the applicants are ready to surrender and apply for regular bail.
In view of the statement made, in case, the applicants appear/surrender before the court below and apply for regular bail in the aforesaid case, the same be considered and disposed of expeditiously in accordance with law.
With the above directions, the anticipatory bail application stands disposed of.
