1. Sri B. Pant, Advocate holding brief of Sri N.K. Sharma, learned counsel for revisionist and perused the record.
2. This criminal revision under Section 397/401 Cr.P.C., has been filed aggrieved by order dated 17.10.1995 passed by IVth Additional Sessions Judge, Etah in Session Trial No. 826 of 1994, whereby it has discharged accused-respondents from the offence under Sections 323, 504, 352 IPC.
3. Despite repeated query, learned counsel appearing for revisionist could not point out any manifest error or otherwise illegality, procedural or otherwise, so as to justify interference in criminal revision.
4. Dismissed. Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
5. Certify this judgment to the lower Court immediately.
