Learned counsel for the petitioner, is permitted to implead 'Examination Controller, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly' as co-respondent No.3 in the array of the parties to the writ petition during the course of the day.
With consent of Sri Harindra Pratap, learned counsel and Sri Gulab Chandra Tiwari, learned for the petitioner and Sri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the respondent-University, the matter is remitted to the respondent No.3-Examination Controller, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, to execute the following directions:
I. The petitioner shall make a representation regarding his grievances for issuance of marks-sheet in the L.L.B. course within two weeks.
II. The respondent No.3-Examination Controller, Mahatma Jyotiba Phule Rohilkhand University, Bareilly, shall decide the representation of the petitioner, within a period of one month, from the date of, receipt of, a certified copy of this order, along with a copy of the representation.
With the aforesaid direction, the writ petition is finally disposed off.
