Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
The instant petition has been preferred seeking a direction to the Civil Judge (Junior Division) Mathura to consider and decide 6- C application filed in Original Suit No. 17 of 2018 (Om Prakash v. Smt. Usha and Others) expeditiously and within a stipulated period.
Bearing in mind the fact that the suit in question which has been instituted in 2018 remains pending in the concerned Court and in which a written statement has also not been filed, this petition shall stand disposed of with a direction to the concerned Civil Judge to take steps for expeditious disposal of the suit and ensure that no unnecessary adjournments are granted to either of the parties.
