Shri Rohit Pandey, learned counsel for the opposite party, on instructions, submits that the writ court order has been complied by deciding the representation vide order dated 10.12.2019. Copy of the order has been made available to the learned counsel for the applicant. This fact is not being disputed by learned counsel for the applicant.
In view thereof, contempt petition is consigned to record with liberty to the applicant to assail the order before the appropriate forum in accordance with law.
