The instant petition has been filed seeking direction to the executing court to conclude proceedings of execution case no. 11 of 2014 within a specified period.
A supplementary affidavit has been filed, in which it is stated that no objection of any kind has been filed by the judgement debtor in the execution proceedings.
Having regard to the submissions made, the instant petition is disposed of by directing the executing court to make all endeavour to conclude the proceedings of execution case, in accordance with law expeditiously, without granting unnecessary adjournments.
