JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Dinesh Rai, learned standing counsel has filed an affidavit of compliance on behalf of opposite party no.2 which is taken on record. Another affidavit has been filed seeking time for filing counter affidavit on behalf of opposite party no.1. In paragraph 2 of the affidavit it has been stated that the opposite party no. 1 has been appointed by the Chief Election Commission of India as Observer bearing Code No. G16051 of the States of Andhra Pradesh, Arunachal Pradesh, orissa, Tamilnadu and Sikkim.
List on 20th May, 2014. By that time necessary affidavit may be filed.
