Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned counsel appearing for the respondents, Sri Birendra Singh.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the non decision of his statutory remedy filed by him on 18.11.2017 which is said to be pending before the respondent no. 3.
The writ petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no. 3 to decide the Appeal filed by the petitioner, if it is not already decided within a period of two months from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
