The application under Section 482 Cr P C has been filed to expedite the trial of Case No. 2814 of 2010 (State Vs. Om Prakash Solanki ) arising out of Case Crime No. 191 of 1996, under Section 119, 201, 202, 210, 217, 221 IPC P.S. Nagal, Distt. Saharanpur, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur.
It has been stated that as in the matter of Jagdishpal Atrish, the co-accused, this Court has granted interim order in Application 482 No. 14802 of 2006 dated 28.2.2007 as such the matter against the applicant is not proceeding before the court below.
In the facts of the case, the application is disposed of with direction to the Magistrate concerned to separate the trial of the applicant of Case No. 2814 of 2010 (State Vs. Om Prakash Solanki ) arising out of Case Crime No. 191 of 1996, under Section 119, 201, 202, 210, 217, 221 IPC P.S. Nagal, Distt.
Saharanpur, pending in the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharanpur and proceed to conclude it expeditiously without granting any unnecessary adjournment to either of the parties.
