Heard learned counsel for the parties.
Against the order of suspension which is alleged to be undated and it appears so also from the perusal of the order itself.
The petitioner is directed to make an appropriate application before the District Basic Education Officer, Azamgarh who is the higher authority in the matter. In the event, the petitioner moves such application, the District Basic Education Officer shall look into the grievance of the petitioner and shall pass an appropriate reasoned and speaking order after giving opportunity of hearing to the Committee of Management and the petitioner within a period of the six weeks from the production of certified copy of this order.
The writ petition, accordingly, disposed of.
