The sole prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No. 65 of 2016 within a stipulated time frame.
The suit has been instituted by the petitioner. Issues were framed in the suit on 08.03.2017.
Having regard to the above facts, the petition is disposed of with direction to the trial court to make serious endeavour to decide the suit expeditiously by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments to either to the parties, provided there is no legal impediment.
