Petitioner retired from the employment of respondent no.2. He has approached this Court with the grievance that benefits of pay revision in terms of a Government Order dated 11.07.2002 has not been extended to him despite a communication sent by respondent no.2 to respondent No.1 on 17.08.2015. It is stated that since long the petitioner has being pursuing his claim without any decision by the State Government.
Learned Standing Counsel, who has accepted notice on behalf of respondent no.1 states that an appropriate decision would be taken in accordance with law.
In the facts and circumstances narrated above, this petition stands dispose of permitting the petitioner to represent in the matter before the 1st respondent, annexing all materials in support of his claim along with a certified copy of this order within a period of three weeks from today. The State Government shall get the facts enquired into and would taken an appropriate decision upon the recommendation made by respondent no.2 on 17.08.2015 in favour of petitioner, keeping in view the applicable Government Orders, within a period of four months, thereafter.
