The petitioner in the writ petition is seeking quashing of the order dated 18.12.2015 passed by the District Magistrate, Etah directing the Station House Office to ensure that appropriate action was taken restraining the petitioner from installing the submersible pump or raising constructions on the land in question.
We have seen the order of the Court dated 20.01.2016 as well as further order dated 15.02.2016 in which this Court had noted the fact that the District Magistrate had by his order dated 30.01.2016 recalled the impugned order dated 18.12.2015.
In this view of the matter, the writ petition has become infructuous and is accordingly dismissed as such.
