By means of this writ petition the petitioner has challenged the order dated 28/30.6.2001, which order is being challenged in 2018 when the petitioner is at the verge of retirement.
The writ petition is barred by gross laches and it is, accordingly, dismissed.
However, the petitioner has remedy of filing a claim petition before the U.P. State Public Services Tribunal.
