The petitioner has failed to establish before the learned Single Judge the fact that he was ever appointed in a regular manner. He was a contractual employee, he remain a contractual employee. Now he is raising all kind of things, which are not tenable.
We have gone through the order dated 01.10.2019 passed by the learned Single Judge. We see no reason to interfere in the same, it is upheld.
The Special Appeal is dismissed. No costs.
