Heard Sri Ranjeet Kumar Mishra, learned counsel for the petitioner, learned sanding counsel for respondent no.1 and Sri Adarsh Bhushan for respondent nos.2 to 5.
The petitioner attained the age of superannuation on 31.1.2010. He claims that he has not been paid the revised pay scale as per the Government Orders dated 22.5.1996, 13.4.2010 and 8.12.2018. He also claims arrears of salary, gratuity and Leave Encashment alongwith upto date interest. In this regard he has made a representation on 22.1.2019.
In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of with the direction to respondent no.5 to look into the grievance of the petitioner and decide his representation in accordance with law by a reasoned and speaking order expeditiously, preferably within a period of three months from the date of production of a certified copy of this order.
