Heard learned counsel for the petitioner.
This writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to the Prescribed Authority, Jhansi to decide Release Application No. 30/2016, Om Prakah Gupta Vs. Rajendra Kumar Gupta pending in the court of Prescribed Authority (Laghuwad Nyayadhish) Jhansi, within a stipulated time.
Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case, the Prescribed Authority (Laghuwad Nyayadhish) Jhansi is directed to decide the aforesaid application, as expeditiously as possible, in accordance with law, without granting any unnecessary adjournments and giving short dates provided there is no other legal impediment taking into consideration the provisions of Rule 15 (3) of the Rules framed under Act 13 of 1972.
With the aforesaid observations, present writ petition stands disposed of.
