The petitioner wants execution of the award of the Labour Court. The petitioner has an alternative remedy under the provisions of U.P. Industrial Disputes Act, 1947 for execution of the award.
The writ petition is dismissed on the ground of alternative remedy.
In case an application is filed for execution of the award it shall be considered in accordance with law.
Sri Sant Ram Sharma has appeared for respondents.
