The prayer made in the instant petition is for issuing direction to the trial court to decide Original Suit No.1298 of 2014, within stipulated time.
The suit in question has been filed by the petitioner and is pending since the year 2014.
A perusal of order sheet reveals that time is being granted for filing objection and for framing of issues.
Having regard to the above facts, the trial court is directed to make serious endeavour to decide the suit by fixing short dates and without granting unnecessary adjournments.
