Having heard the learned advocates for the parties and upon perusing the pleadings before us, we find that the issue involved in the instant writ petition is more or less similar to an earlier matter which was disposed of today, being Writ Tax No. 1318 of 2019 (M/s Gungun Traders Vs. The Commissioner of Customs and 2 Others).
As such, we are of the view that this writ petition can be disposed of in similar terms and stands, accordingly, disposed of.
