The grievance of the petitioner is with regard to non- payment of Assured Career Promotion, although the petitioner has been working as regular employee since 04.02.1988. The petitioner has made a representation to the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Bareilly on 16.04.2018. His representation has remained un-disposed of.
This writ petition is disposed of, without entering into the merits of the controversy, with a direction to the Nagar Ayukt, Nagar Nigam, Bareilly (respondent no. 2) to look into the grievance of the petitioner and pass appropriate orders thereon within a period of eight weeks from the date a certified copy of this order is produced before him.
