The petitioners on the basis of possession had filed a Suit for declaration stating that they were bhumidhars of the land in question. They are now aggrieved by the fact that they were being evicted.
If the petitioners are so aggrieved, they may file an application under section 146 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 on which an order shall be passed within the next ten days of its filing, if there is no other legal impediment. Further the Suit being Suit No.T-201709720502356 of 2017, itself shall be decided within the next ten months, from the date of presentation of a certified copy of this order.
The writ petition is, accordingly, disposed of.
