JUDGMENT / ORDER

Sri Ramendra Pratap Singh, learned counsel appearing for the opposite party has placed on record an order of 21 November 2015 and submits that the order of the Court dated 9 February 2015 stands complied with.
Sri Amulya Ratna Srivastava, learned counsel who has entered appearance on behalf of the applicants prays for time to complete his instructions.
Accordingly and on his request, include this application in the supplementary list of fresh cases of the appropriate Court day after tomorrow i.e. on 20 January 2016.
