JUDGMENT / ORDER

Hon'ble Rajnish Kumar,J.
Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Government Advocate, who files an affidavit which is taken on record.
In the said affidavit, it has been stated that after conclusion of investigation, a charge-sheet has been prepared, which is likely to be furnished before the court/Magistrate concerned very shortly.
In view of above, nothing needs to be adjudicated any further in this writ petition, which is hereby dismissed.
