This petition has been filed with a prayer to quash the impugned First Information Report of Case Crime No.689 of 2010 under sections 467 468, 471, 419, 420, 447, 448, 323, 504, 506 I.P.C. PS.Baheri, District Bareilly.
It is submitted that the certified copy of the charge sheet dated 29.5.2010 has been filed by the complainant on which the Judicial Magistrate has taken cognizance on 16.7.2010. Therefore this petition has become infructuous.
In view of the above, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. The interim order dated 23.4.2010 is hereby vacated.
