The sole relief pressed by the petitioners at the time of hearing of this petition is that the Suit for Demarcation dated 24.7.2019 under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, be decided expeditiously and, therefore, a prayer for a direction has been made that the case be decided expeditiously within a stipulated period of time.
Under such circumstances, without going into the merits of the case, it is being directed that the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil - Sadar, District - Gautam Budh Nagar, shall decide the Suit for Demarcation which was filed on 24.7.2019 by the petitioners under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, after giving a regular number to it, within a period of two months from the date of presentation of a copy of this order. The copy of this order would be duly certified by the petitioner's counsel.
With these observations, the writ petition is disposed of.
