The learned counsel appearing for the plaintiff seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Civil Suit and move before the appropriate forum and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.
2. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel for the plaintiff and the endorsement made, the Civil Suit is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is granted to the plaintiff to move appropriate forum. The plaintiff is entitled to refund Court Fee as per law. No costs. Consequently, connected application is closed.
