Pursuant to order dated 11.04.2012, accused no.2- Shri Chandan Kumar Sen is present in person. Mr.V.K. Shah, learned advocate, states that he has received instructions to appear on behalf of accused No.2, and shall be filing the Vakalatnama, during the course of the day.
It is pointed out by Mr.J.S. Yadav, learned advocate for the Official Liquidator that accused No.2 may be directed to inform the Official Liquidator regarding his current address. The learned advocate for accused No.2 undertakes to supply the correct and current address of accused No.2 to the Official Liquidator, within a period of three days.
At the request of the learned advocate for accused No.2, list on 26.07.2012, in order to enable him to file the affidavit-in-reply. Accused No.2 shall remain present on the next date of hearing.
