The hearing of present OLR was scheduled for today for the limited purpose mentioned in para-9 of the order dated 27.2.2012 viz. to take into account the response of learned AGP appearing for ULC Authority with regard to the course of action decided vide order dated 27.2.2012.
Today, when the application is called out and taken up for hearing, Mr. Maulik Nanavati, learned AGP, has submitted that he has no objection as regards the course of action decided under order dated 27.2.2012.
After hearing the concerned parties, it is also suggested that so far as the free hold land admeasuring about 13,800 sq. mts. is concerned, OL may make a request to the DILR Authorities to put, if possible, identification marks at the four corners of the said land so as to segregate it from other parcels of land in respect of which there are disputes regarding title, ownership, etc. For the said process, OL shall bear the requisite fees, as may be demanded by the DILR Authorities. The said process may be completed on priority basis by DILR Authorities.
It would be open to OL to request the Municipal / Revenue Authorities to assist in the aforesaid process of identifying the said 13,800 sq. mts. of land in respect of which there are no disputes. Further issues involved in the matter shall be taken into account and the concerned parties will be heard on all issues on the next date of hearing.
