This contempt application has been filed for punishing the opposite parties for willful disobedience of the order of this Court dated 5.12.2012 passed in Writ C NO. 63081 of 2012 (Ramesh and others vs. State of U.P. and others).
It has been brought into the notice of the Court that against the same order New Okhla Industrial Development Authority has filed Contempt Application (Civil) No. 1935 of 2014 (Noida vs. Sardar Singh and others) in which notices have been issued.
Issue notice to opposite parties.
Counter affidavit may be filed within within three weeks or else charges may be framed after summoning the notice.
