JUDGMENT / ORDER

Petitioners were granted permission to level the land belonging to them in terms of Ext.P4 order. The time limit specified under Ext.P4 order has expired and the petitioner preferred an application for extension of time. So far no orders have been passed. Ext.P7 is the report of the Village Officer, which indicates that the petitioner could not level the entire land and only half of the same has been completed. Having regard to the aforesaid contention raised by the petitioner, I am of the view that the writ petition can be disposed of as under:
The application submitted by the petitioner for extension of time shall be considered and appropriate orders shall be passed by the first respondent within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of a copy of this judgment.
