JUDGMENT / ORDER

1. Having considered the submissions advanced by Ms. K.U.Mishra, learned advocate for the applicant-accused, so also considering the submissions advanced by Mr. R.C.Kodekar, learned APP for the respondent - State and considering the medical certificate showing that the operation of the wife the applicant is scheduled on 8.7.2012, the application deserves to be partly allowed.
2. The application is partly allowed and the applicant-accused is ordered to be released on temporary bail for a period of two week from the date of actual release on executing personal bond of Rs. 10,000/- with surety of like amount to the satisfaction of the concerned jail authority on the condition that during the period of his temporary bail, he shall maintain law and order and shall not take disadvantage of his liberty and on completion of the period of his temporary bail, he shall immediately surrender to concerned jail authority.
3. Rule is partly made absolute to the aforesaid extent. Direct service is permitted.
