1. As the opponents could not be served, vide order dated 28.08.2012, this Court (Coram:Hon ble Mr.Justice M.D.Shah) was pleased to direct necessary steps to be taken for substitute service, making it returnable on 29.10.2012.
2. Mr.Valmik Vyas, learned counsel for Mr.Ajay R Mehta, learned counsel for the applicants, states that the applicants original appellants have also paid requisite amount as per the earlier order and as per the knowledge of the learned counsel, Registry has already taken steps to serve the opponents by substitute service. However, whether the advertisement has been published in the newspaper or not is not known to the applicants, and therefore, Mr.Valmik Vyas, seeks longer time.
3. Registry is also directed to verify the said fact and place the current status of the matter by next date, S.O to 21.01.2013.
