1. The present application is for condonation of delay of 16 days in preferring appeal against the judgement and order passed by the Reference Court in LAR No. 522 of 2009.
2. The respondents have served. Mr. Patel for A.J.Patel appeared and states that he has received instruction to appear for the original claimants
- legal heirs and Ms. Moxa appears for the respondent no.1.
3. Considering the facts and circumstances and in view of the grounds stated in the application for the condonation of delay, sufficient cause is made out. Hence, delay deserves to be condoned and therefore, condoned.
4. Application allowed to the aforesaid extent. Rule made absolute accordingly.
