Having considering the submissions advanced by Mr.Vyas, learned advocate for the appellant, so also considering the impugned judgment and award rendered by the Reference Court, First Appeal is admitted.
Civil Application No.5683 of 2012 RULE returnable on 04.06.2012.
In the meanwhile, ad-interim stay in terms of Para-4(i) is granted subject to the condition that the applicant-appellant shall deposit the entire arrears of the amount awarded by the Reference Court with interest there on, at present,for the period of three years commencing from the date of taking over actual possession of the land under reference by the applicant-appellant. Necessary further order shall be passed after the respondents are served.
