Oil vs Competent

The Registry has put up a Note dated 02.11.2012 wherein it is submitted that Mr.Ajay R. Mehta, learned advocate for the petitioner has filed a fresh Note requesting to permit him to remove Page Nos.11 to 171 of the petition and has also sought permission to replace the same with the copy of the Agreement.

Permission to remove the annexures from Page Nos.11 to 171, is granted, with liberty to replace the said documents with a copy of the Agreement.

The Note of the Registry is disposed of, in the above terms.
