(PER : HONOURABLE MR.JUSTICE M.R. SHAH) We have taken note of the order passed by the learned Tribunal dated 16.9.2013 and appreciate the difficulties faced by the learned Tribunal. We request the learned Advocate General to see to it that the difficulties faced by the learned Tribunal such as lack of infrastructural facilities, non-availability of good, competent and adequate strength of stenographers etc. can be taken care of and the infrastructural facilities and good, competent and adequate strength of stenographers are provided to the Tribunal.
