1. In connection with the vehicular accident that occurred on 27.09.1981 involving an ST Bus bearing registration No. GRT 7094 and a Car bearing registration No. GJK 7420 in which the appellant, original claimant, sustained bodily injuries, M.A.C.P. No.126/1982 came to be preferred before the Motor Accident Claims Tribunal (Aux.), Ahmedabad (Rural) at Narol. However, the said claim petition came to be dismissed by impugned judgment and award dated 22.04.1987. Against the said award, the present appeal has been preferred.
2. Heard learned counsel for the respective parties. Having gone through the impugned award, I find that the Tribunal has rejected the claim petition mainly on the ground that the appellant cannot claim damages for his own wrong. Having considered the facts of the case and the evidence on record, I am in complete agreement with the reasonings given by and the conclusion arrived at by the Tribunal. Hence, I find no reasons to entertain the present appeal.
3. For the foregoing reasons, the appeal is dismissed. No order as to costs.
