The petition was called out twice in the morning and afternoon sessions, respectively. Mr.Akshat Khare, learned advocate for the petitioner, has remained present on both calls. However, the submissions made by learned advocate for the petitioner regarding grant of interim relief could not be considered as the learned advocate for the respondent-Surat Municipal Corporation, has not remained present on either of the calls.
