1. Mr. Shah, learned Advocate appearing for respondent No.1 in Company Application No.399 of 2011 has submitted that in Company Application No.407 of 2011 his client i.e. Shri Jagdish Oil Mills Ltd. has not been impleaded as party and that therefore the said respondent No.1 in Company Application No.399 of 2011 desires to move an application with a request for being impleaded as party opponent in Company Application No.407 of 2011, as well. He also submitted that the said application is ready and it will be filed in the Registry by today and likely to come up for hearing either on 13th February 2012 or 14th February 2012. For the said purpose, he requested that the hearing of the above mentioned applications may be adjourned to any other date when the proposed application can also be heard along with above mentioned applications. Hence, S.O. to 14th February 2012.
