1. By earlier order dated 21.03.2012, the Official Liquidator was directed to place on record fresh valuation report.
2. It appears that the Official Liquidator referred it to the same authority and the fresh report submitted by him indicates that except nominal change/increase in the average fair market value, the valuation report submitted today has not been dealt with any of the aspects which were stated in the earlier order.
3. The Official Liquidator shall submit a further valuation report from the other known sources by Government Approved Valuer or Town Planning Authorities.
