1. Heard Mr. Chaturvedi, official liquidator attached to this Court. He has submitted that present report dated 11.1.2012 has been taken out for appropriate direction / relief as prayed for in paragraph 9 (a) which reads thus:-
"9(a) This Hon'ble Court may be pleased to permit the official liquidator to extend the term of engagement of Mr. Chetal C. Rajdev and Mr. Mazharabbas A Ravjani, qualified company secretaries on existing terms and conditions for a period of one year from 01st February 2012 to 31st January 2013.
(b).........."
2. So as to justify the request, the OL referred to the details mentioned in paragraph 2 to 8 of the report. He submitted that vide order dated 15.12.2011 the OL was permitted to engage Mr. Chetal C. Rajdev and Mr. Mazharabbas A Ravjani, qualified Company Secretaries, however their term is going to expire on 31.1.2012. He submitted that already Mr.Bhavesh Ghaghda has left the assignment with effect from March 2011 and that therefore the office of OL is in need to further continue the engagement of the aforesaid two qualified company secretaries on the establishment of the OL.
3. Hence having regard to the facts and circumstances stated in the report and submission made by the OL today during the hearing, OL is permitted to continue the engagement of Mr. Chetal C. Rajdev and Mr. Mazharabbas A Ravjani, qualified Company Secretaries for another period of one year starting from 1.2.2012 on the same terms and conditions on which they are presently engaged. Accordingly the permission to extend, on existing terms and conditions the tenure of the above referred two Company Secretaries viz. Mr. Chetal C. Rajdev and Mr. Mazharabbas A Ravjani, is granted until 31.1.2013.
4. With the aforesaid clarification and direction the OLR stands disposed of accordingly.
