JUDGMENT / ORDER

The Official Liquidator may place on record the Scheme, if any, framed by the Court for appointment of Chartered Accountants and for remuneration to be paid to them, along with orders, if any, of the Court from time to time on this aspect. The same may be done by way of an affidavit.
It may also be made clear why the Official Liquidator has taken the initiative to file the report, as there is nothing on record to show that any Chartered Accountant in the panel has raised such a grievance.
