Having heard the official liquidator and considering the submissions made to the effect that it is necessary to engage services of 5 qualified Company Secretaries and 15 Trainee Company Secretaries and considering averments made in para 2 to 6 of the Official Liquidator Report with regard to the prayers prayed for by the official liquidator to undergo the process of engaging qualified Company Secretaries, prayer in terms of Para 7(A) is granted.
Accordingly, this report stands disposed of.
The official liquidator shall undertake the above process and file further report before this Court latest by 9.7.2012.
