The Official Liquidator has filed this report for dissolution of the Company-M/s.Shraddha Commercial and Financial Private Limited (the Company). Certain grounds have been taken in the report. However, it has not been stated what action, if any, was taken by the Official Liquidator, pursuant to the Winding Up order of this Court, dated 14.09.1970. It has also not been stated what efforts have been made to trace out the concerned file, and at what point of time. This aspect assumes importance, as the Official Liquidator is supposed to comply with the orders of the Court. It may also be clarified whether any report has been filed pursuant to order dated 14.09.1970 by the Official Liquidator the indicating difficulties, if any, in compliance of the said order. The needful be done by way of an affidavit.
