1. Mr.P.P.Rawat, Assistant Official Liquidator has appeared and tendered a photocopy of the minutes of the meeting held on 16th February 2012. In the said minutes it is, inter alia, mentioned in para 9 and 10 that:
"9. In view of changing of circumstances on part of Mr. B.N.Mamtora, Registrar (Vigilance), he has expressed his willingness to be a member of Selection Committee during the entire selection process for all advertised posts.
10. Lastly Mr.A.K.Chaturvedi has submitted xerox copy of oral order dated 14.02.2012 passed by the Hon'ble Court (Coram: K.M.Thaker, J.) in Official Liquidator Report No.19 of 2012 in Official Liquidator Report No.18 of 2011 in Official Liquidator Report No.123 of 2010 along with copy of Official Liquidator Report No.19 of 2012 in Official Liquidator Report No.18 of 2011 in Official Liquidator Report No.123 of 2010 with request to take on record and it is also requested by him that he is ready to withdraw the said Civil Application. So there is no need to discuss the said point."
2. In view of the developments which have taken place pursuant to the order dated 14th February 2012 and particularly, during the meeting held on 16th February 2012 and in light of what is recorded in para 10 of the minutes drawn on 16th February 2012, Mr. P.P.Rawat, Assistant Official Liquidator who has appeared as the applicant has requested for permission to withdraw present report dated 3rd February 2012 which is registered as O.L.R. No. 19 of 2012.
3. In view of the details mentioned in the minutes dated 16th February 2012 and the request orally made by Mr. P.P.Rawat, Assistant Official Liquidator today during the hearing of present application, the request as prayed for is granted. The O.L.R. No.19 of 2012 is disposed of as withdrawn by Mr. P.P.Rawat, Assistant Official Liquidator.
