On 12th October, 2012 this Court directed to issue fresh process of Rule, returnable today. It is reported that Rule could not be served to respondent No.4 - Shri Pravin Gupta, Junior Manager (Finance), Ahmedabad SAIL, "Bandhan", G.H.B. Building, Ankur, Naranpura, Ahmedabad. Later on by order of this Court dated 22nd August, 2012 the applicant was permitted to supply fresh address of respondent No.4, which is as under:

- 400 051 Learned advocate Ms.Amee Yajnik appearing for the Official Liquidator requests that Registry be directed to issue fresh process of Rule with little longer date to effect Direct Service in addition to regular mode of service.
The Registry is directed to issue fresh PROCESS of Rule qua respondent No.4, returnable on 10th December, 2012.
It will be open for the applicant-Official Liquidator to effect the direct service in addition to regular mode of service either by Registered Post A.D. or by Courier or by Speed Post.
